Rand-O-Frame

This is just a small program built for fun. It is basically a random link but has a small admin for it where you add links, delete the links, get the HTML code and test drive the random link. Visitors can also add their own sites through the browser.
It is easy to set up and displays in frames so you can advertise your site or banners on the top when a visitor uses the random link.
