Users the resources of individual PC's to operate chat functions increasing speeds. Takes less Bandwidth. Multi-user won't effect the speed. Able to send Private Messages to separate individuals. Lots of Fancy stuff...like: background color changing, using different style combinations, changing frames....etc., Can set up a VIP list who will be able to use HTML text.
