- DownloadCounter - The simple textual counter for calculation of file downloads and transitions to other
pages. A package contains two scripts. First (Load.pl) is intended for calculation
downloads and preservation of the information in a simple textual database, and
second (Showload.pl) for display of download and transitions statistics.

options include: Sending an additional message to the user and an e-mail alert that
tracks users and usage of the script.
